CEO & Co-Founder
Christina is an entrepreneur, startup founder, former Apple exec and tech leader with 20+ years experience specializing in digital platforms, product design, brand building, team building, operations, strategy, partnerships, and problem solving. Recognized as one of the “Top 100 Women in Business” by Entrepreneur Magazine, she was CEO and co-founder of award-winning direct-to-consumer CPG brand True Botanicals, and founded plant innovation and wellness company, Mab & Stoke. Earlier in her career, Christina founded and led Apple’s global Business Affairs team and then led global content strategy for Apple’s Planning team. Prior to Apple and Flipboard, Christina focused on intellectual property law at Loeb & Loeb, LLP in NY. She earned a BA with honors from Brown University and a JD from NYU School of Law. She is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Ron is CEO and Co-Founder of Benchmark Analytics, the only provider of research-based police force management and early intervention analytics software for law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S. He previously founded Teacher Match, a first-of-its-kind company that delivers on-line predictive hiring tools for elementary and secondary schools and which utilizes a broad range of data sources to build its product. As the former CEO and Superintendent of Chicago Public Schools, Ron initiated sweeping reforms such as online student assessments and a transformative student safety plan. Ron received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his M.B.A. from the Booth School at the University of Chicago along with a Master’s in Social Service Administration, where he was an Albert Schweitzer Fellow. Ron is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Matt has over 20 years in education, serving in roles from teacher to district administrator across the U.S. He has made notable improvements in student metrics, from attendance to college admissions. A founding member of Chicago Public Schools’ Office of School Improvement, Matt influenced marked performance upticks in under-served schools. His strategies were adopted district-wide and beyond. He led product teams at EdTech startups TeacherMatch and Transeo. At TeacherMatch, he innovated hiring tools for better teacher recruitment and development. With Transeo, he enhanced client experience and product offerings. Matt holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and master's degrees in educational leadership and counseling.
